Under Grey Skies

Following last night's rain and with temperatures rising towards a giddy 8C, we set off once again for Lttleferry beach hoping to find more sand exposed than on our last visit, and that there might be more in the way of wildlife - but there wasn't, despite....

....plenty of sand been exposed in the mouth of Loch Fleet, sand which....

....three oystercatchers were busy exploiting.

The most interesting things we found were two piles of almost identical scat just where the path leaves the links and plunges into coniferous woodland. For my money, this is pine marten scat.
