We were only discussing this morning which new birds we might still hope to see in this garden and one of them was the goldfinch - and then, this afternoon, like good London buses, three of them came along. We're thrilled, and do hope that....
....like the greenfinches which first appeared on Friday and were back both this morning and this afternoon, these pretty little birds will become regular visitors.
