As if celebrating the close of an unusually warm, sunny mid-January day, last night's sunset was spectacular, with clouds of all shapes which loomed over us bathed in an eerie pink light.
Not to be outdone....
....this morning's sunrise over the Moray Firth chose gold as its colour, which touched....
....the slopes of Beinn Bhraggie in shades of copper.
